Dr. Mishail Alexander Shapiro, DO

My previous ENT was not very good. After 2 invasive sinus surgeries I was still having problems with my sinus infections. I came to see Dr. Shapiro because he worked with my mother before. I was getting chronic sinus infections and having breathing problems that 2 different surgeries did not fix. Dr. Shapiro did an in office procedure and I feel like a new man. I forgot what it was like to be able to breathe in deep through my nose. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs the help of an ENT

I am shocked that I had a horrible experienced because I've seen many good reviews. Right off the bat, Dr. Shapiro came in giving a whole spiel without even examining or explaining with context about what was the problem with my ears. Even after trying to explain, he seemed very ignorant and didn't want to listen. Possibly, he is very experienced and knows what he is talking about, so he feels the right to speak a lot; I'm trying to give a benefit of the doubt. Then, later he did examine my ears, but he is a very touchy person. Be aware. One of the most uncomfortable experience ever.

Takes his time w/ you. Doesn't rush the process. Excellent bedside manner.

I've never had a major surgery before. I was nervous for my Stenoplasty. Dr. Shapiro made me feel so incredibly comfortable and not just as a patient. Very personable, relatable and funny! After my surgery, I was able to contact Dr. Shapiro with questions I had. Promt responses. I've already recommended friends to him for their sinus issues. All around great Dr!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Shapiro for what i thought was going to be a long and painful proceedure. Instead my visit to his office was quick and painless. He talked me through each step while his staff made sure I was comfortable. I am greatly satified with the results and feel that the cost of my visit was comparably appropriate for what I would have paid elsewhere. This doctor has blended years of experience with his artistic abilty to acheive what has proven to be some of the very best work in his feild. I will be back if I am in need of anything else!

I originally made my appointment for dizziness. I was having a lot of problems on and off regarding dizziness. The office staff and physician were amazing. They recommended a balance test that their audiologist was able to do the same week. The test was about an hour and a half long, but it was very comfortable. The office explained all the parts of the test and were very helpful. I highly recommend this office. They truly have care about their patients.
