Went to Dr. Gonzalez and thought she was a decent doc, however when I went last month I specifically asked if there was anything on my MRI scan and she said there was no red flags and all clear. So I went to my neurologist this past week and my scan showed concerning prominent upper neck nodes that my neurologist wanted to refer me back to her for. Nope! Explained what happened and he sent in a referral himself instead of the negligence. We discussed my anxiety in my appointments with doc gonzalez too so its documented but apparently the nurse stated "all knows doctor Gonzalez doesn't prescribe narcotics" I didnt even know that was a thing but my dentist has to give me valium before my appointments due to my extreme anxiety. So I asked her for a low dose and they stated "she would be happy to refer me to a psychiatry.." I was forgiving and maybe accidents happen with health care but im not willing to put myself in harms way anymore at this clinic with negligence. I suggest all other… patients looking at reviews to conclude to go to this office or not.. Pass! I'm expecting phone calls from 4 other offices to find a new doctor and staff. In regards to the MRI-- she should have ordered a soft tissue scan 6 months ago and I have a high chance of cancer running in my family. My health and everyone elses is more important than negligent health care. Do better.
