I had to do a urine sample to see what type of bladder infection I had. I wasn't supposed to start treatment until I heard from the doctor. I never heard from doctor. I went ahead and checked my own MyChart results. I have had an UTI before so I looked at past urine samples and determined myself that I had another UTI and started antibiotics. I never received a call back from the urgent care doctor.

He was very busy and I understand that he gave me so much helpful information and gave me good information on what to tell my main doctor. Due to all the great care from the doctors and nurses I'm in the process to switch over pioneer clinic due to all the help and compassion.
