I was referred to Dr Blum with chronic mastoiditis. The only way to get ride of it is surgery. He sent me away with nasal spray and mucus reducing pills. That was 2 years ago. I was 65 at the time and definitely got the impression that I was old (younger than him) to bother with. I think he's retired. I think, thank goodness.

This m*ther f*cker didn’t listen when I said not to opporate through my mouth and I woke up with stitches in my mouth making it hard to talk and eat and my recovery was miserable because this d**che bag wouldn’t do it how HIS PATIENT said!!! I got shot in the face and this *sshole just made it 10x worse, I wanted to get him f*cking fired!!! I wanted to strangle him so bad! F*ck this guy! Selfish m*ther f*cker! I told him I DONT CARE IF THERE IS A SCAR I WOULD ACTUALLY PREFER TO HAVE THE SCAR!!! ESSPECIALLY SINCE I GOT SHOT IN THE FACE I WANT SOME D*MN EVIDENCE!!!!!!!!!!

I surmise he's retired by now, but can't pass up a chance to register my everlasting regret for ever setting foot in his office. Came for surgery to correct deviated septum, referred by gp. I found his approach arrogant & dismissive from day 1. He told me what he would do; I asked specific q's about how my nose would look afterward - he gave specific answers. The final result was beyond ugly - he completely reshaped my nose (now looks like a snout) and made the assymetry even worse than before. He agreed the result was not good, so did it again for more $. Even worse still. Now I have a pig snout with 1 big round nostril and 1 narrow slit. He said it's my nose's fault the surgery didn't work out right. If they had negative stars, I've give him -10. Stay away.

After seeing the commercial, & finding out all about Lifestyle Lift, I decided to go for it. The staff was great, & supportive. They walked me through the procedure before hand, explaining in detail everything I should expect. Dr Blum was FANTASTIC, excellent bedside manner & VERY skilled as my new look has shown. I am more than pleased with the final results.

The staff was very friendly, I was very comfortable with Dr. Blum, the surgery I don't remember much of, then I went home. That evening the pain became extreme so I doubled up on pain meds. Sleeping in a somewhat upright position was not that fun but soon I was back down on the bed and sleeping almost soundly - pain on my right ear kept waking me up. Pain is gone now except for some discomfort still on my right ear, I am now starting to regain feeling in my neck, the scars are itchy still, can't feel my ear lobes yet but I am very happy with the results!!
