Dr. Challis is very professional and easy to talk to about your medical problems. He answers any questions and is very easy to understand. The office is excellent and the staff is kind and helpful. If you need an ENT this is my recommendation.

Dr Challis did an outstanding job, as he has done since following me in 2019. I cannot possibly ask for a better physician in this field. Additionally, his nursing staff on the back and the receptionist people up front (including their latest member Cathy) also demonstrated sympathy, empathy, and an outstanding job as the front line people. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with me on my ENT issues . With much appreciation to all : Bruce

Dr Challis is wonderful. He explains everything prior to the visit and does what he says he will do. I felt like I was in capable and professional hands. I was very satisfied with the results.

Dr. Challis is an excellent ENT specialist. He has operated on my sinuses (with great success) and I see him routinely for check ups. Appointments are on time (or early) and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything. I highly recommend him.

He is very attentive, listens to your complaints about symptoms, and does a thorough exam. I never feel rushed or like I’m taking up too much of his time. When I have questions, he explains everything and puts me at ease. I highly recommend him for any of your ear nose or throat issues.

My visit on Thursday, October 23, 2025 with Dr. Challis went very well. I hadn’t seen Dr. Challis for some years, but nothing had changed. Dr Challis was the same kind, gentle, caring and patient person as before. Dr Challis took his time to explain all options to address my Saliva stones. I would recommend Dr Challis to any of my family members and friends for all their ENT problems. They would definitely be in good hands with him. Dr Challis would take good care of them and he won’t steer you in the wrong direction. Thank you Dr Challis for being you!
