If you truly value your life, PLEASE get a second opinion! Since he got his pa, you are lucky if he spends 3 minutes with you. His pa is ok, but I did not go to a DR to see a PA that has zero extra training in oncology. He is money hungry!!! What dr do you see that charges when you pay with a debit card?! I have talked to 2 other people that had the exact same experience with him. He is downright scary!!!

Dr charges for everything even a 3% charge to use a credit card. Can’t produce change for cash payments. Can’t produce itemized receipts. Has a medical billing company that does not know how to bill. Posts to the wrong account.

Had a primary Doctors order to get Phlebotomy (blood removes). The front desk said I had to see the doctor before I got A phlebotomy even though I’ve been there prior. The doctor did nothing for me to ask me questions they had no impact on anything.The doctor knew he had to give me a Phlebotomy but didn’t that day. They just wanted me to and insurance company to pay or office Visit. Next visit will be a procedure. Going there two time to get my iron count down then never going back.

I trust his expert medical advice. However, I feel like he's trying to get through office visits as quickly as possible. I'm not looking for a best friend but I feel like I am bothering him with my questions. Bedside manner is abrupt.

Great doctor. Made my recurring breast cancer treatment much easier. His staff of RN's are great. Alway makes time to hear you out. I can be of treatment or any subject that concerns you. Each and everyone on the staff knows your name and all that has happened to you. Always had a number or pager to call. Never felt like I was alone at any time. This was so much better than my first chemotherapy treatments, no numbers to call if anything went wrong. This Oncologist and staff are the best.

needs to ask more appropriate questions, and not personal useless questions. needs to inform the patient better about his/her disease and let the patient know what to possiblyexpect.

Dr. Folbe is a wonderful doctor. My situation was extremely complicated and he did a great job explaining it to me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing hematology / oncology care.
