Dr. Mitchell J Henry, MD

Dr. Henry was truly engaged in my case and it's obvious that he cares about his patient's and their needs. He made me feel so comfortable about my procedure and delivered outstanding results! Will definitely be returning to him!

I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr Henry and was extremely pleased with the results. In all my post op visits Dr Henry asked if I was happy with the results. He is hands down the best plastic surgeon in town. I would recommend him to everyone. His staff is very knowledgeable and make you feel at home.

Henry was rude and arrogant. He didn’t listen to my needs and the painful surgery I went through was a waste of time and money.

My experiences with Dr. Henry and his staff have always been great from start to finish! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great surgeon! He is always knowledgeable and sensitive to my concerns and needs! Overall very impressed!

Dr. Henry has treated myself and my family members. The attention to detail is a breath of fresh air. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. Able to explain everything in the detail I wanted. He was caring and nice. Staff is the best they are like family to us now.

Long day of disappointment! Not happy with our experience! Scheduled and appt. 6 months ago, in Columbus office at 8AM , and not once did anyone mention the bill had to be paid up front before the 4 wisdom teeth were pulled! Granddaughter has been in pain because of her wisdom teeth. After 6 months, paperwork, and insurance papers done, came the appointment ! DR was late, then the staff told us that they needed $1481 paid before he started. Granddaughter and Dad were stunned! Lady on the phone had told him it would be ok and the insurance would pay half and he could pay half at appt. Granddaughter was very upset and so was Dad! Granddaughter took of work, dad was very late for work, had to scramble and get money together, then called back to reschedule for 1PM. So grandma had to take her back for appt., at which time we tried to pay, and it wouldn't go thru, so dad was taking off work to bring a check. We were early to our appt. and went to the restroom, only to get a call from… staff, saying our appt. was canceled DUE to Dr having a meeting in Lincoln, he had to get back for. His staff was friendly and apologetic, but under these circumstances, we deserve a direct apology from the Dr., but we did not see him. Dad was furious! Told the staff he would schedule with someone else! We were really inconvenienced, by this lack of communication. What Dr has a meeting on a Saturday afternoon?

Dr. Mitchell extracted three teeth, but he did it in the operating room. In the office, he gave me injections to numb the area, but they did not take. Then he turned to his assistant and said that this had to be done in the o.r. and to get me ready. He never even spoke to me or acknowledged me. A week later my dentist at home gave me the exact same shot and it worked like a dream. I call it my $6500 tooth extraction. And I have a lot of questions about why his shots didn't work. Also, I wonder if he ever consults the patient.

Very unprofessional, didn't look at my chart before visit, did not explain course if action. Did not examine my finger for function or healing, developed swans neck condition that was present at time of visit but failed to examine to see that , nothing was communicated. Very rude, not a good dr. At all

Dr. Henry was fantastic! I'm very pleased with my results of my procedure I had done. The office staff were all great help and were all very welcoming!

Dr. Henry was rude, arrogant and had horrible chair/bedside mannerism. I went for a consult for orthognathic jaw surgery. After lecturing me about my past care (I am sorry but I cannot go back and undo the care I have received prior to this consultation), he told me I needed to come back after he could review all my past medical information. He asked me to schedule in 3 weeks. When I returned in 3 weeks, I waited an hour for him to come lecture me again about wearing a splint long term (cannot control this), and then he told me he didn't have a chance to look over my paperwork, so I would need to come back another time. I had taken time off of work to make it to this appointment, which was pointless. I called back and left a message with the office manager to ask that I not be charged for this visit and that he shouldn't bother looking at my case, because I was not comfortable with him when he treated me like he did. I never received a phone call response or an apology. I would not… recommend him to family or friends.
