Dr. Mitchell L Kahn, DDS

All, but ONE of the office staff was pleasant. Dr. Kahn has one employee that should not be dealing with patients as she is obnoxious. I was about to pay balance of my bill, but this staff member became nasty, hostile and obnoxious. She raised her voice saying I did not pay bill. My response was that I wanted him to finish the tooth he was working on (I did pay 1/2 of bill prior). She continued raising her voice to me in an offensive and threatening tone. I did say "I do not want to talk to you". Then the bookkeeper arrived. I paid the balance of my bill. I expected an apology from Dr. Kahn the first time it happened. I did not get one. I did tell Dr. Kahn about her. This is the second time it happened on 2/4/2016, after seeing Dr. Kahn. The Dr. had to be aware of this as there were raised voices. I have never come across an employee like this. She should not be dealing with patients!!!!! I do not want to leave any Dr.'s office being accused of non-payment . At this… time I do not plan on continuing to use Dr. Kahn. I will tell the rest of my family of this problem as they use him.

I've been seeing Dr. Kahn since he first started! I wouldn't go to anyone else! Now, my children go to him as well!
