Dr. Mitchell Scott Kramer, MD

Not worth the time

I've been seeing Fr. Kramer for more than 20 years. I needed an ob gyn when we first moved to Huntington. I've seen him for annual visits and he was my surgeon when I had fibroid surgery he takes time to explain everything and seems to be genuinely concerned for my health I highly recommend him

Dr. Kramer is a great GYN. He tells you what he is doing and tries to make you as comfortable as possible during a non-comfortable exam. I recommend this practice.

I heard all good things about Dr Kramer from my friends. When I finally made an appointment to see him, I was so happy. He was very direct to the point, but he also listened to me. I did not feel rushed at all. He is very knowledgeable and he put me at ease. He truly is very professional. I would refer him to all my loved ones.

Dr. Kramer is very approachable and comforting. I have been a patient for many years. I trust his knowledge and care completely. His nurse is a doll and truly eases any nerves. My only complaint is the cold, unfriendly receptionist. There isn't an ounce of warmth about her. She doesn't even acknowledge that I am standing at her counter!! But I am not there for her, I am there for the great care by Dr. Kramer!

Dr. Kramer is an outstanding physician. He initially comforts you with his friendly and professional manner. I have been going to him for quite some time now and I must say I am extremely pleased with the service and knowledge he provides me. His staff are excellent and organized. The first time I went to him I had visited various doctors that diagnosed me wrong. He diagnosed my infection immediately after I had seen him and his advice was great. I go to many doctors and he is one of the best.

As my obgyn he has always been kind and thorough. I saw 3 Doctors who could not diagnose an infection he caught after the first visit. He is well qualified and competent. He works with the community at the Dolan center and is in general a good guy. He is well suited for his job and is worthy of the trust his patients put in him. Also Dr. Kramer saved my grandmother 15 years ago when she went to him with advanced uterine cancer.

I saw Dr. Kramer a couple of weeks ago for a procedure. I was very nervous but he did a great job of explaining the procedure and making me feel as comfortable as possible. He does have a very business-like demeanor but I wouldn't mistake that for being cold or insensitive.

Dr. Kramer failed to listen to my needs and made decisions on my behalf that had serious ramifications and he did not inform me of these. I felt disrespected by his quick decisions and lack of communication.

He is not a lovey-dovey type of doctor. he is professional and to the point and very cut and dry. Seems very smart. i agree with the other reviewer about the office staff. It is difficult to get an appointment and the wait in the waiting room seems endless.
