Dr. Rauch is board-certified in urology. He earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He completed his internship at The University of Miami, in Miami, Florida, where he also completed residencies in surgery and urology. I found him to be perfunctory and tone deaf. What completely turned me off was my last visit. As he was leaving, he said, 'O.K. you're dismissed.' Really! That is rude, not funny, and unprofessional. I'm not in elementary school. He really has a tin ear and is clueless about how he comes across. That did it for me. Other patients have commented on his rudeness. He needs to learn some manners.

I was a patient of Dr. McLaughlin until he retired. I was assigned Dr. Rauch in his place. Today, I saw Dr. Rauch for my yearly exam. I am a friendly person. When Dr. Rauch came into the exam room, I asked him where he was from. He replied; I'm yan kee, if you don't like it, you can get up and leave.

New state-of-the-art facility Dr. Rauch is extremely professional and treats his patients as if they were family the staff and the nurses go above and beyond would recommend this doctor to anyone first class experience.

I just saw Dr. Rauch's new website and am disgusted that he now protrays himself as an expert in weight loss management, botox, fillers, laser hair removal, coolsculpting , etc. after taking a 3 or 4 day course from an organization that seems more interested in increasing physician income than taking care of patients.

Doctor was joking with his nurses, looking at his phone messages, and paying little attention to me. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Rauch forgot who I was since my last visit with him. He blamed his nurse for handing him the wrong chart. Then he told me he'd be back in a moment. I waited and waited and waited and waited. He blamed his nurse for having me wait so long. If you like reading magazines in a doctor's office, this is the right place for you.
