Dr. Mitchell Joshua Ross, MD

Dr refused to provide EKG, recent progress note or answer question regarding my anticoagulant to my surgeon or anesthesiologist for recent surgeries. As an RN I felt this was wrong. I discussed this at my last appointment. Dr Ross became visibly angry and fired me as his patient. His reason was I had not been seen in 6 months. I was last seen 6 months and 3 days back. I had attempted to get an appointment in June for August and was told they had none available until October.He had previously refused to reorder my BP meds and anticoagulants in past for 2 months which he stated was due to an internal office error. My daughter had to call his office to help resolve this. I am a registered nurse and find his recent care to be poor and do not recommend his care.

This is the rudest, most arrogant doctor you will ever encounter. Office visit charge was $125, which apparently only covers the arrogance he provides...everything else is an additional charge, like "diet counseling" that consisted of him rattling off a list of things not to eat! Also, before he entered the room, he interrogated me for 5 minutes as to why I was there. I will never see him again and suggest you don't either!

Very hard to get in during an emergent cardiac situation. Practice seems so large that there is virtually no follow up. You are on your own and hopefully don't die in between appts. If you go to the ER they don't see you in the hospital they let the staff physicians handle you. Not very pleased overall but he is very knowledgable and seems competant.

This may be a duplicate. I'm not sure if my original one went thru. I was told to be at my appointment a half hour prior to fill out paper work. All went well and the staff was knowledgeable and well informed as to what was needed. At precisely the time of my appointment, the nurse came and got me and did the preliminary work (blood pressure, ekg, etc.) Then the DR Ross saw me and answered every question I had and explained thoroughly. Nothing wsa left out and I'm very pleased with the results and care I received.

Thinks he knows all the answers before he ever checks things out.
