Dr. Mitchell Howard Rubenstein, MD

My mother is a patient and was treated the worst I've ever seen a doctor's office treat a patient. She has been waiting a week now for the office to prescribe her something for her diagnosed "eczema". She has been calling constantly the whole week waiting for this prescription. They won't return her phone calls and are very dismissive of her. Not sure they treat all patients like this or if it's elder discrimination. But now her "eczema" has spread all over her body, she can't sleep, and her body is all swollen. If she ends up with an infection (which is the way it's heading) I will hold this office responsible. Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect and treated at all.

before I went to him I read the reviews and was apprehensive but I went to see him and I liked him he was really nice good sense of humor down to earth I felt like he really listened to me thorough exam and diagnosis was right on highly recommend

Dr. Rubenstein has excellent diagnostic skills. For me he has had a good record of determining which of my zillions of moles, etc. are precancerous. He listens to me and considers my comments and concerns when deciding the best course of action. Dr. Rubenstein is cheerful and has good bedside manner. He is empathetic and I am comfortable discussing concerns with him.

Staff couldn't have been any nicer, he couldn't have seemed any less interested in my problem. He has bedside manner of a TSA agent.

- bedside manner is terrible- seemed very distracted the entire time- not worth the wait time to see him- definitely would NOT recommend going to him
