Dr. Rubinoff has excellent medical judgement and the experience that goes with it.

Dr. Rubinoff saw my mother. He was kind, compassionate and made sure she understood her diagnosis. Can't say enough good things about him.

I have been treated by Dr. Rubinoff for various intestinal problems, involving, in several instances, same day surgery. He is an excellent doctor, and is friendly, open and honest. Unfortunately, his reputation has grown to the point where a routine request for an appointment now involves a one-month wait, which is unacceptable, as least for me.

Dr. Rubinoff performed a procedure today at Valley Hospital. He was pleasant, spoke softly and made me feel at ease. He Advised me about each step that will take place abd after the procedure' he followed up with me directly. Highly recommend Dr. Rubinoff.

I think that he is overwhelmed and unhappy about the new affiliation with Valley. He kept me waiting an hour without apology, took a non-urgent phone call during my appointment without apology, and made me get undressed for a brief exam that could have been done by simply raising my shirt. I had 10 minutes of face-time with him and was in the office 2 hours. He was dismissive of my complaints and ordered a test for a condition that wasn't indicated by my symptoms.

Excellent Doctor

Dr Rubinoff is a very kind ,compassionate , and caring Doctor. Recently I had the pleasure of Dr Rubinoff treating me at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. He is always right to the point and takes the time to discuss all his findings and your options. He is also affiliated with Columbia Hospital in NYC. I would recommend Dr Rubinoff to anyone that has a Liver problem or Gastro problem. He takes his time and researches your problem and never gives up.

Dr. Rubinoff is an experienced, knowledgeable physician who treats all of his patients and their families respectfully, and is easy to work with. He was called in to see me when I was in the hospital with a serious condition, and I was quite satisfied with his care that I remain his patient to this day. He's also very good at collaborating with other doctors, and always returns calls promptly. Dr. Rubinoff works hard to ensure that all of his patients receive top quality medical care, but his serious demeanor may make him seem a bit rushed or unfriendly to some, although I personally don't find that to be the case. His office often seems busy, but the wait is usually not bad, and he will never blow you off. I'd recommend Dr. Rubinoff to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist without hesitation.

I have worked with this doctor for some time. He doesn't like patients to wait and will never double book. He is not the smiliest guy around, but he is very intelligent and very honest. He will not send a patient for unnecessary testing or put a patient through a procedure if it's not needed. He treats nurses with respect.

I originally took my father to see Dr. Rubinoff 8 years ago. He was so kind and quickly diagnosed the problem. Recently my wife was hospitalized. Dr. Rubinoff not only treated my wife's emergency quickly but with compassion.He is a gem!
