Horrible experience. No bedside manner. She is rude, she tried to brush me off without answering questions. I saw her when my provider was out. I will never go back.

Dr Abessi is an AMAZING physician. Her knowledge is off the charts and in my experience her treatments are always fast acting and effective. She absolutely and genuinely cares about her patients. I HIGHLY recommend her

Dr. Abessi treated my, otherwise healthy, 30 yr. old son when he contracted Covid19 the end of Feb. He had a high fever, tightening in his chest, no taste or smell, and was sleeping 20+ hrs. a day. He was in Queens at the time, and Dr. Abessi was still able to get meds to his door, keeping him out of the hospital, thankfully! After 2 months, my son feels fine now! Her professionalism and compassion is beyond compare. My entire family is treated by Dr. Abessi, and all of us absolutely love her!

Kept my 91 year old mother with a broken hand waiting 50-55 minutes. Dr. Abessi was hostile and aggressive in her tone and raised voice, pointing at me and said that if we wanted a doctor that would be on time, we should go somewhere else. Basically berated us for asking about the wait. The accused me of looking for her in a treatment room - which I would never do because 1) that is horribly rude; and 2) I am fully aware of HIPAA laws. It was a horrible experience.

This was the first wellness exam with Dr. Abessi. She was very nice and was interested in me. We discussed my blood work but didn't check my ears or throat. Perhaps hearing test isn't done anymore for wellness visit. I will see her again.

Dr. Abessi is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She explains everything in details and always gives reasons why it is in my best interest to take care of my health now.

I just found out that Dr. Abessi is moving to another practice in New Jersey. I'm devastated.
