Dr. Mitzi Teresita Jimenez, MD

Doctor Jimenez is a great Doctor I have followed Dr. Jimenez from one location to another for the past 25 years , she is soo very genuine and caring to your every need . Her nursng staff are as caring as she is , although her office staff can come across as rude , Im sorry but they have good days and they have bad days . I try to get to my point to see my Doctor and get out as quickly . im not there for the office staff im there for Dr, Jimenez and over all she takes care of me .

The front desk staff at this medical office is unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful. My father was there ALL day in an attempt to see Dr. Jimenez, unfortunately that did not occur because of the incompetent staff they have there. He changed his PCP that morning and was told by his insurance that he should be able to see the doctor that same day of change. The insurance even faxed this change to them that same day. The only reply from their office was you're are still not in the system. First of all any one with common sense should have notified there and then what is likely to happen and not lead them to believe that he will see the doctor. Total lack of professionalism on their part.

Doctor Jimenez and her staff are great a always have time to answer each and every question you have . If she cant help you she finds out who can always busy but always there for you

Dr. Jimenez is a very caring professional. She does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when needed. Some of Dr. Jimenez' patients come in with an attitude (I have observed) & demand certain medications or treatments that she doesn't give (free pregnancy tests, tranquilizers, etc) & her staff is very firm. This may be why some were not happy.
