Truly cares about the well being of her patients, most doctors try to get you in and out without listening thoroughly to patients concerns, doesn’t matter how long a patient engage in a conversation with Dr. MCloud , she listen and if she thinks you’re not taking care of your health, she will voice her concern,

Dr appointment at 10:15 a.m set in lobby for 2 hours before they called me to the back only to check blood pressure and vital signs then set an hour nd 15 minutes waiting to be seen! Walk in were getting called before appointments

Dr. McCloud has been my doc since 2001. She has helped me thru every major and minor disaster I have faced, as if she was the 1 facing it! I love this woman! The rating I gave low on the accurate diagnosis was only low because we are still searching and trying to figure out after years of testing, what some of my symptoms are stemming from. But that is not her fault, and she hasn't given up on finding an answer for my ailments...that is what I call dedication to your profession!! I highly recommend her...although she was once a hidden gem, she has been discovered and stays quite busy. Nonetheless, I never feel looked-over or overlooked. And to add 1 more thing, the nurses are awesome!! They all make me feel like family and like they genuinely care about my health. I have been many places where I felt like I was only "Next"!!!

As her patient of 10 years I have only the most high regards for this Physician/Lady. I was taken care of with her best ability and thrived well in her care.
