The staff is always nice. But the office is poorly organized. The DR or staff do not follow up on the patient. The time to the answer the phones is always more than 10 minutes. When we had an x-ray they never called to let us know the finding. When I called to ask questions, the nurse said I had to many and said we had to make an appointment. We have never seen the Dr who is in charge of the office. In fact, they changed the DR who was in charge and never told us.

The office is either woefully understaffed or poorly managed... Long waits on hold, takes weeks to get simple paperwork handled, and the referral department lacks competence and courtesy. Medical staff caring.

My appointment with Dr. Cale surpassed my expectations. He was approachable, kind and patient. All of my health concerns were addressed in a professional manner and I am confident that the prescribed treatment will manifest the necessary results to improve my health. He is truly God sent.

No complaints! Very streamlined service. Doctor Cale was very personable and knowledgeable. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. I have already recommended the doctor to all my friends.

I just moved here from NYC and was in desperate need of a new primary care physician. I am so happy I found Dr. Cale. I love his aura and he has great bedside manner-A true listener. He wants to find solutions and also make sure you have all the information about your body.

Dr. Cale is fantastic! Don’t think twice, if you have an issue go see him! Very smart and compassionate! He is down to earth and informative. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!

Dr. Cale is an amazing person and even better doctor. He is intelligent, concerned, and compassionate. His primary interest is to help his patients get better and he is highly skilled at family medicine and primary care. My wife and I both see him, and we are extremely happy with his treatment and care. He deserves 10 stars, but I could only give 5.
