only one star , no pick up the phone , no experince with primary care ,very disappointed ,will not send any one there ,

Dr. might have been great, but I could not get beyond how horrific his staff treated the patients. Turn around time for questions was also a huge problem. If the staff is busy, no one answers the phone and that is really miserable customer service. The staff hid behind frosted glass windows with a bell that rang when you come in the door. I sat in the waiting room for my first apt for 20 minutes only to have one staff member say she didn't hear me enter. The back office has stacks and stacks of paper, which leads me to believe accurate record keeping is not a priority. The lab tech (in the office) asked if I had already paid my deductible for the year; He doesn't need to know that. I then refused to have the tests done there and he tried to back peddle to get me to stay. I also had an issue with the full waiver they wanted signed. I was not comfortable with it and did not want to sign it. I, too, felt I needed an attorney before signing.

Before you sign ANYTHING in that office, ask a lawyer! Your health is not a priority. Selling products is.

Actually cares about your health and spends time talking to you about life and family. He explains what he sees going on and what he wants to do to treat instead of just throwing a stack of prescriptions at you. I highly recommend him to anyone. I have been seeing him for over 10 years with increasingly positive outcomes.

I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and have been anxious about being able to properly care for myself. I also have a phobia of needles and shots. Dr Habib took the time to ease my concerns didn't make me feel bad about my phobia because I'm insulin dependent he found a solution for me the V go 20 that I wear for 24 hours and only one stick each time. I still have to stick to test but at least not 3 or more times for shots. He answers all my questions and helps me get a handle on my"new normal") Any patient would be lucky to have him for a physician!

He's great, takes his time, listens to you. His office staff sucks. I've been calling for two weeks to get a prescription refill, they finally call me back, and call in the wrong dose. I called and finally got a hold of someone, they can't be bothered to mess with it until the end of the day and we are now leaving on vacation. I'm ver disappointed in how I've been treated from the nurse staff.
