Shady Billing Practices, Need to improve accounting; This Doctor is trying to collect 2 years later on a bill that I paid 4 months after I was seen. August 19, 2023, CoPay Paid in Full. There is no email address provided with his office address; he had more than one office location, at the time. My bill is paid yet they are trying to collect 2 years after I paid it in full! Shady Billing and Accounting Practices, Signed cease and desist!

This app won't allow me to give a zero. He told me that I'm no longer having the symptoms that I'm having. Told me I'm taking medication that I haven't been given. Refused to answer questions about my CT, MRI, and MRA. Waved his hand at me and laughed when I asked about them. Gave me a diagnosis and said he would prescribe steroids then turned his back to me and walked away refusing to answer questions. I have no idea if I will be discharged from the hospital or how to take care of myself if I get sent home.

Does not want to communicate with patient and did not properly evaluate CT and MRI results. Just wanted me to take the Plavix and aspirin. Totally missed the fact that I have Vertobrobasil Insufficiency and white matter changes. It is no wonder that he is a hospitality hanging around the halls at Beaumont looking for another victim of what I consider to be gross incompetence

He was rude, did not listen, never called me back after MRI

Did not take any time to answer questions

Do nothing just see my progress after the stroke and check my response and wait only. The nurses did the same procedures and asked the same questions over and over!Comletly waste of time and shame he is paid for doing nothing.The other doctors help control my high blood pressure and the physical therapy did great job in Beaumont hospital but this doctor is waste of time and money!

My receptionist has horrible manners and treats people like garbage and worthless beings. I wouldn't send my dog to this place even if it was the last place on Earth. The Dr M Mazen Al Hakim can thank his rude receptionist for this review. Horrible lady!!

doesnt read reports and lies to patients because doesn't even take the time to read reports if you have a problem I suggest finding another doctor. Because it will be three months down the road 6 MRI 2 emg kilogram and 30 bloodiest later and he will have nothing to tell you except everything looks good. And u get the paperwork from the office after asking for records and you find out two bulged disc pushing on the cal sac and spurs and then you decide to go see a real doctor anyway after wasting all the money on the poor doctor

Dr. Hakim has been the most wonderful Dr. I have ever had. His bedside manner is very gentle & kind. He has been my Multple Sclerosis Dr. for over 10 years. I always reccommend him to any one who asks me my Dr. his. I have even been to a Neurologist at the Mayo Clinic & she completely confirmed his diagnoses & reccommended treatment. I would 100% suggest this Neurologist to any one in need. He is a wonderful Dr.
