Not impressed! Office overfilled. Spends no time with you. Barely looks at anything, then runs out the door to next patient. Authorized sonogram & other tests. Told me not to worry, they would call me & set everything up. Next Appt was @ 7 weeks. Never received any calls to set anything up. Called office the week of appointment and told them. Told them at this point I’ll have to cancel because tests weren’t done. They acted like they didn’t care and just hung up! Did not offer to check on tests and reschedule. Just said no problem and hung up! HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND STAFF! If you’re sick, do NOT schedule an appointment with this Doctor. He’s a total waste of your valuable time!

bad service dealing with my medication .The girl whose doing insurance and send paper Maria done a terrible service doing faces and bad actitud looks like she hate her job but shes there only to get a check even if i call her to done her job a month and never done it calling iehp and try to resolve a problem buy my self and even if i talk with the doctor and he told me his going to resolve a problem and send the prescription to walgreens after a month i dealing with where the only thing i want is to this person doing her job and never did

Unfortunately this doctor is the only endocrinologist in the Coachella Valley covered by my health plan. His office staff is just plain horrible in every way-rude, uncaring, and not seeming to really know what they are doing. If he were a great doctor I would just put up with them (although what really great doctor would employ such a bad staff?). I would even overlook the fact that he has a lousy "bedside manner." But he's not a great doctor, not even a good doctor. When I asked him about ordering saliva cortisol tests, he just kept saying they didn't teach anything about that at Cornell Medical School. Not that Cornell Medical School impresses me, but according to this website there is no mention of his having gone to Cornell Medical School. He is just one of those doctors who has not bothered to keep up with the latest in his specialty and treats his patients in a cookie-cutting manner, doing the same thing for everybody, no matter that we are individuals requiring our own… personalized care. It's hard to find a decent endocrinologist, especially when you are limited to doctors that your health plan will pay for. But I'd rather drive 100 miles one way to go to a better endocrinologist than ever go to this doctor again. Any 5 star reviews this doctor has received have got to be bogus in my opinion.

Wanted $575 for a 10 minute appointment with no lap work. Complete ripoff. No insurance they charge you more. Requires a $575 visit every 6 months just to get a prescription for insulin. Been using the same prescription for insulin with my Type 1 diabetes for 18 years and this doctors office only takes advantage of that. Refuses to renew prescriptions which never change and will remain the same for life as a Type 1 diabetic without paying his continuing ridiculous fees. This doctor is not out to help diabetics, only looking to rip them off and scam as much money out of them possible. Will be finding a new endocrinologist who actually cares about their patients and not about screwing then over on outrageous prescription renewals. When I asked what all the charges were for, the lady at the front desk could not tell me, she said “it’s just a $575 fee”, no breakdown of costs, etc. Highly do not recommend this endocrinologist to anyone.

I really tried to like this DR but after four visits I have to agree with everyone else! The front office staff are very short with patients and the girl who sits at the desk in particular really seems to hate her job or at least doing it in a polite manner. She comes off as very cold and unfeeling & like you are wasting her time or she has better things to do. The DR has never spent more than 5 minutes with me as mentioned by others and this last time the front office told me that I "didn't have an appointment" which is complete bull... like I just decided to wake up early and come randomly hang out at the endocrinologist's office? Who does that??? No one that's who.

First of all, the office is run terribly. They overbook patients, leave you on hold forever, and constantly mess up your paperwork and billing. The doctor doesn't make up for that in any way. I had three appointments with him, and each time he was only in the room for about five minutes. He barely did any kind of exam, didn't ask about my symptoms, nothing. He just ordered labs and wrote prescriptions. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

Very long wait times, expect to be here 45min to 1 1/2 hr. Overbooks patients, crowded waiting area, sometimes no seats available, Doctor spends 5 min top with you and moves on to next patient. At one of my visits he was out of the room in 3 min. I actually time it, was in total disbelief!

It was the worse experince i have ever had with a Dr.'s office. I wasn't even able to get as far to meeting the Dr. ..The staff was horrible. They gave me a date to an appointment, and when th day came around i left work to make it to my appt. ,but when i called to get exact directions to the office they said that i had the wrong date. Which it in fact the error was on their end. At no time in that phone call did they admit their error and much less apologized. They put the entire blame on me and were so rude and disrespectful. Never have i been treated like this, nowhere. If the office staff behave this way through a phone call how can i ever trust my care with them. I would not care for a Dr. that permits this, says much of him toto have that kind of staff. ( the office staff that took my call refused to gve me her name. )

This is the worst endocronologist we have ever had he changes her regems so much that she drops low or go in to dka i would not recommend. Him to no one

He told me to change medicines, then get new labs in four weeks and come back. He told the HMO I didn't need to come back. The HMO told me the referral was not needed and refused. Neither he nor the HMO was decent enough to tell me he didn't want to follow me, and I could see he didn't know how to handle my thyroid problem in a was consistent with current medicine. I am getting a better doctor.
