Dr. Mohamad Kassar, MD

I had what is called Head AND Neck cancer. 2 cancers at the same time 1 tumor on my Larynx and more cancer in my lymph nodes in my neck. Dr Kassar knew exactly what to do to save my life! That was in 2011 i've been cancer free since then. Hes very knowledgeable and concerned for his patients! I couldn't ever recommend him enough he is more deserving than 5 stars!!! X a million!!!

Dr Kassar saved my life. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2011. I underwent 18 rounds of chemo and have not recurred to date. His lab techs are the best that I’ve encountered in over 7 years.

I find Dr kassar to be very knowledgeable and caring.

When receives referral staff is in a rush to schedule visits. No communication just a random call you need to come in. Once in hospital rate to see him spends no time with person nor does he examine the person. Never followed up with the family after diagnosis and treatment began and then did an about face in course of treatment. Would never send anyone to him. Very cold and clinical gave us our family members diagnosis in the hallway of hospital. Never wrote notes down for us as promised. Went very aggressive on treatment when his colleague said he would not have done the same. Never would send anyone to see him

If you want a doctor's appointment avoid Northwest Oncology. They have a waiting room where you sit and wait, then to a lab area then to another waiting room that in reality is a narrow hallway before you get to the examine room. The staff is too busy and uncaring.to be of any help. They would not give me a copy of a recent CT scan.

Dr. Kassar is a very honest and sincere doctor. My great grandmother has breast cancer. She felt so comfortable with Dr. Kassar's pateince and the time he spent with her. He was always postive, and reassuring. He explained everything so throughly and always asked if we had any questions. I would recommend Dr. Kassar!
