Dr. Mohamad Riad Khansa, MD

I've been with dr. khansa for 15 years and I'm switching for a new dr. He's a good dr. but the new staff are the worst. They give wrong appointments and treat you with attitude as if you're not sick ! They don't care if you want to change the dr. . They wouldn't allow you to talk to the dr. and he never call back.

If you want to waste your time, this is the right dr. for you. he is Cold and very impersonal. He gave me coupe appointments and didn't do the right labs and tests. He was only trying to guess the problem; this made me feel like he was just trying to get more visits in so he can charge my insurance. He didn't give me the impression that he cared about the medical problem. I couldn't trust him, therefore i wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

This Dr is just terrible from every aspect possible, especially his staff... worst staff I have ever dealt with, not courteous what so ever, gives patients attitudes and seem annoyed to even deal with the patients... Word of advice... If you care about the way you are treated, do not visit this office. The organization of this office is catastrophic and the doctor does not provide much care other than prescribing you with medication.

After doctor khanssa moved to a new location with new staff and new answering syestem , where you can be put on hold even if you agree or you dont. The new staff member they forget that you on hold. After 15 min you'll try to call back ,the young lady gets made at you why you hungeup...anyway I only need an appointment,,,sorry doc khanssa not available till next week?? I just need a refile on my medicen...come to our clinice anytime!!!thank you!!!OH,,MY,,GOD why you came without an appointment,,you said so,,have a seat but you have about 40 min to see doctor because of cours you came with no appointment.While Im in my serving sentence lots of friends or neighbors walks in to the window (((hi how are can I use your bathroom )))!!!ohhh yeh they go in for about 20min, they come out with the nurse saying just like the doctor said stay on this madication and he'll say you next week anytime just walk in....I took off after 45min.....

I highly recommend Dr. Khansa! He is very professional,caring and smart. He was the only one that was able to diagnose my problem accurately, when others were trying with no results.
