Dr. Elkersh was lacking empathy, definitely did NOT care at all about my pain issues and did NOT even keep eye contact as I explained my situation. He was preoccupied as he played on his computer. He lacks integrity, kindness and caring. :( :( :(

Worst bedside manner and diagnosis in my case. Not helpful at all. Go to another MD if you can. I will not return!

Excellent Physician and Pain Management Specially st

Visited twice and he hardly had a word to say...he made me feel very uncomfortable. The medication he prescribed me was too strong and made me hallucinate. When I when to next visit for medication change, The nurse flushed the medication I just paid 240 dollars for and he wanted to put me on a 24 hour a day 7 day a week pain patch which I refused because I don't want that much medicine in my body. I decided he was not the dr I wanted to see. Too late though because I had already paid for 2 visits and 200 dollars in medication and left with nothing! He wants to get patients addicted to strong medications to keep them coming back. BEWARE!!!

Dr Elkersh is a caring doctor. He takes time to listen to my problems. His office is super clean & all of his staff that I have met are very friendly & helpful. I reccomend him & his staff very highly!

Rude staff; Rude physician;

I have been a patient of Dr. Elkersh since 2007 after being referred by my neurosurgeon for pain management due to two protruding cervical discs and a ruptured cervical disc that were causing severe pain. (I wanted to delay surgery as long as possible.) Dr. Elkersh has been very kind, professional and has provided immense pain relief with spinal injections ~ basically giving me back my quality of life. I have never had pain with any of the injections or afterward, nor any complications. The office staff is friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful. Follow up is always thorough and care has been consistently excellent.

I really like this clinic, Dr.Elkersh is very reliable he knows what he is doing, he is very highly educated and smart. he took the time to listen to me , the staff is amazingly friendly and nice and make you feel so comfortable while you are there, they are also very professional. I definatley recommend it.

i was a patient of dr elkersh for a year for treatment of herniated discs in my back he had no sympathy when i told him how bad the injections hurt because whatever anesthesia he gave me wasnt strong enough he kept saying he put me to sleep well it was equivalent to a .25 valium. besides that it just didnt help enough to go through the pain.
