Dr. Mohamed Km Shakir, MD

I saw the Dr. for first time yesterday. The environment was very comfortable and he put me at ease by spending time to answer all my questions. He was light-hearted and very knowledgeable with many credentials and years of experience to make informed decisions.

Dr. Shakir has cared for me for over 10 years. He was able to diagnose my condition, after several years of failed attempts to diagnose by other doctors. He took my concerns seriously and has been very patient with explaining things to me and my husband about managing my disorder.

Superb clinician, thorough, wise, kind and very very smart. Greatly experienced.

I saw Dr. Shakir for over a year and each time he spent less than 5 minutes with me, but he was always running late and complaining about how busy he was. Always acted as if I was wasting his time. He misdiagnosed me with fibromyalgia and I actually had an autoimmune disorder which has now damaged my kidneys due to his lack of care.
