Dr Tarajki is a terrible Dr, I cannot even believe he is still in practice, he treated my dad and I like we were a number and not human beings! Terrible bedside manner, when I asked questions about my dads diagnoses he was rude and actually yelled in my face and belittled me, my dad has Alzheimer’s and cannot understand anything the doctor is saying especially when he is yelling! Waited an hour and a half to get into the office and he rushed in and out within 3 minutes!!! Also the whole office staff is rude and act as though they hate life!

You do not answer your phone ever. Receptionist..I could not cancel or reschedule my appointment..Terrible Staff or overworked. DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS.. Maria Krzesowiak

These injections are a racket. I barely had time to ask what was going on before he injected everything without explaining and I couldn’t drive home bc of numb hands.

This jerk let me sit for 4 months without telling me about the brain tumor that was found on the MRI he ordered. Only know about it now because I requested my own MRI results and read it myself. I confronted him at my next appointment and he said NOTHING in response. He got fired from my care that day and I refuse to ever see him again. He was also verbally abusive towards me when I stopped taking Cymbalta because of the side effects, and he got angry when I refused lidocaine injections in my wrists due to the pain it causes with no benefit whatsoever. I had to refuse the injections THREE TIMES before he took my "No" for an answer. AND THEN he pressured me into letting him inject lidocaine into the base of my skull instead (for headaches). When I got the dictation back later, he had dictated that lidocaine injections in my wrist were "not necessary" but nothing at all about my refusal. I am still suffering mentally from this and it has been almost 2 months. Please, for your own… sake, find another doctor.

I was referred to him for neuropathy in my feet. Every vista I told him I had numb toes and all my symptoms. He just shot me up with carpel tunnel shots (didn't have hand pain) and head shots for headaches. He never answer questions. Walks away while you are talking and does not take your pain or illness seriously. He only realized the seriousness of my symptoms when I said I was getting a second opinion. Then he put me in physical therapy and changed his plan. I had medical leave forms from work needed to be filled out. His office charged $60!! And lost them multiple times. They had weeks to fill them out. I called constantly and the forms were not filled out until 2 weeks AFTER the deadline. The only reason they were accepted were because HR at my job had experience with this doctors office. He put me on more than 5 five medications but could not give me a diagnosis without more follow ups. When I told him I was leaving my job he said don't do that you need the insurance… for here.

Run do not waste your time or insurance cost dealing with this unethical dr. He took an oath to first do no harm. Joke I am sick and been for a week do to medication he prescribed. He refused to care for a patient. -10 is my rating.

Over 2 hour wait time after appt time. Initial report he said "no neurological issues," so not sure why we need a follow up? Doesn't send copies of reports to requesting doctors, even after multiple requests.

Horrible patient care. Voilates HIPPA laws, rude as can be and so non-caring!do not see tarakji.

Scarey experience!! Referred to this 'doctor' for memory loss issues. Waited like cattle with disabled patients in standing -room-only overbooked waiting room. When finally called back to exam room doc doesn't speak to me but performs electric shock tests on my arms and says I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Told him I wasn't there to be examined for that and he didn't acknowledge me. Injected me in both wrists and had to ask twice what that was for before he sarcastically replied.."obviously for carpal tunnel syndrome". Prescribed 500 mil. Gabapentin for pain that I wasn't there for. Since then I have heard at least two other people with the same experience with this practitioner. I went to Dr. Sunita Tummala after that and was treated very well.

Had hardly finished the paper work before being called back to the exam room. Dr. Tarakji came into the room less then 5 minutes later. He was warm and caring. He check over my husband thoroughly and sent him for x-rays and blood work. The office staff was nice and helpful. Thank you for all your care and help. Sonja Willis
