Too ready to do expensive procedures. Doesn't accept fibromyalgia as being real. Refused to switch me from morphine to fentanyl patch, despite numerous times I and pharmacy explained the increasing difficulty in ability of pharmacies to fill it. Never, in a year, did he urine test me. After having to go through withdrawals from morphine, I self discharged.

Terable office smelled like smoke, 2 hour late appointments the 2 times I went, no concern for patients time waiting. Very unprofessional staff of only one, cancel your appointment and still get billed for a no show. Staff hangs up phone on you when you call about it. If they answer phone at all

Great doctor

All these reviews are spot on. I was just at his office for the third time yesterday and will not be back. Ever. He is a pompous arrogant man. He is rude and condescending to everyone including his staff. He argued with another patient in front of me whom was having an adverse reaction to a injection and sick to his stomach. Dr actually demanded a iron specimen from that man right then and and there. Had no concern for his well being. Only the urine screen. Actually told the man he believed he was acting to avoid the urine screen. Mr akmal constantly berates his staff right in front of patients. He had my records from my previous dr whom I saw for 12 years and told me they were treating me incorrectly and my perception of the " pain scale" was way off. Said there was no way I was in that much pain that a #5 on the scale was severe pain and I didn't appear to be in that kind of agony. He's clearly one of those people who is right and your wrong no matter what. He let me sit in his… waiting room for almost 45 minutes before telling the receptionist to make me a appt for an injection. Acted like it was her fault that he hadn't told her when to have me come back or for what. Unbelievable. I feel for his staff. There is no way I will be seeing that quack again. Good riddance you jerk I hope you see this.

DWorstexperience possible. Everything everyone sags is true. He is extremely rude.chanes meds and doesn't care about side effects. Insults all his patients. Doesn't deserve to have a medical license .he doesn't listen to anything his patients say.the wait is extremely long and isn't worth the time, I'd rather suffer thandeal with a pompous jerk.dont waste youd time.

Absolutely incendiary visit after waiting not weeks, not months, over a year for a pain management appointment to show the promptness of my doctors. It took forever. HE was beyond rude. Was told to preform a series of yes and no questions with no working knowledge of my illness or medical history. He would cut you off and ask you to the reply to the question you're already trying to answer over and over. Insane. Suffering from horrible chronic pain and am being monitored for Cancer because my bloods counts are bad. Couldn't wrap his head it. Nor the moderate to severe pain round my knees, feet/hand/ hip, and right side of neck hurt. Admitted to using cannabis to relieve occasionally relieve my pain, stress, ibs/ chronic gastritis and was told by the the end, THAT it was pot which I use only occasionally use was the reason for not only ALL my pain, but also implied it's WHY I don't have a job. Having no idea what my former work history, profession!!! Totally insulting. His clinic… looked scummy. It took forever. I promptly ended the visit and walked out in a most verbal and unpleasant manner. Never done that before. Sat and listened to some crazy stuff in my day but this might take the cake. Never to physically remove myself in a professional or medical setting.

It took me a while to run across these reviews and have always wanted to share my experience. This doctor has very little interest in a patients opinions or testimonies concerning their meds. I suffered incredibly adverse side effects from some meds and yet, as if he hadn't even heard me, he continued to recommend different methods of taking the same med. he threatened to stop seeing me if I didn't follow his instructions implicitly. His staff would read me the riot act when I would call in the adverse side effects. This office afforded me the worst medical experience of my life
