Will tell you they will “Be Happy” to cancel your appointment if you don’t agree to pay 100% of their charge in full. If they are contracted as a network provider with your insurance, ( mine confirmed they can ask for payment, and I was agreeing to pay 1/2 or $150 day of visit, and pay balance in full once claim was processed through my insurance and I knew my insurance plans contracted rate), per my insurance concierge, they cannot per there contract, cancel my appointment if I don’t pay 100% of their charge, BEWARE this is where doctors office practices get you in a situation where they take their time refunding overpayments yet they want the payment upfront in full, and when asked for a copy of what I was told was their office policy, was told we don’t have a copy, it’s a form a new patient signs “when they come in for their appointment “???????????????????? TRAPPED

Dr. Ali is a good and competent doctor. But his office staff is unbelievably unorganized and incompetent. My PCP had to send a referral twice. And Dr. Ali’s office staff has lost it both times. I call and, they said they don’t have a referral. But the office staff girl looked and looked and FINALLY found it! But they can’t make an appointment for me because I am self paid, so I had to leave a voicemail with the person who handles that. That person never calls me back. So I call that person Several days later to follow up, and she can’t find the referral, and no one in the office can find it either. No one remembers having a conversation with me, nor ever finding the referral, which she searched and dug for and found! But oh wait...they LOST it AGAIN! Back to square one. I have NEVER seen such incompetence in my life. I can’t believe they even have jobs.

I called for a refill on my medication I was told no because I missed my appointment I informed them it was cancelled due to me having a heart attack Also informed them I was recovering and my heart doctor ordered me not to leave the house there was no concern about my health The last couple of times DrAli was more concern about my weght and not my problems with arthritis I have left there many times crying how things were addressed I will not return there I deserve better at my senior age

Dr. Ali is very smart and really cares about the patient. The clinic is well organized and never long wait times.

Been coming here 4 yrs. They act like I'm a new patient each time. Its exhausting to have to fill out the same paperwork every time when nothing has changed in my life for 5 yrs. My ss is the same, my dob is the same, my address is the same, my name is the same, I'm self pay no change. I will notify them when it changes. When I first started going there Dr Ali seen me. Now he is "so busy" he only sees new patients and diagnosis them then you are moved to one of his NP's or PA's. Sorry but I do not want to see a NP or PA. He was my Dr when he was the only one practicing. Because of his practice growth you just become a number to them. I have to go over everything with them each time I go. Whatever happened to reading a patients file...the frustration only adds to my illness. They stress me out...

I have gone here for the past two years. I have RA and also psoriac Arthritis.I had to call three times to get bone density test scheduled. The last medication they had me on caused extremely high blood pressure. I stopped taking and left messages three times for them to call me back. They have not returned my calls.They have yet, to put me on anything I can take.I will not be going back to this place.

do not go see this doctor. You will get very poor care and if you are told he is unable to help you and they will give referral to pain clinic you will get told its not a priority by staff members. This office is very unprofessional and very rude. Don't waste your time find another doctor

Dr Ali has been caring for me for just over 1 year. He listens attentively, is direct yet also compassionate.

I wasn't able to even see the REAL doctor. I saw some moron who didn't even have a MD.. She didn't know anything about medicine so I will never be back again.
