Have taken my girls to Dr for 11 yrs and the staff and doctor are always prompt and. friendly.

I had to use the after hours service a few times for my son and never received a call back. I ended up at the ER and then in his office a day later! Horrible service especially for an infant they should have top priority! the ER doctor said they should have called me back because the ER is limited in what they can do for babies.

I took my son to see Dr. Axum on several occasions. Two of which he was having recurrent upper respiratory infections and vomiting at night. He dismissed the first and said he would spend us to a specialist which he never set up. He never spent more than 5 minutes with us and often made me feel inferior for asking questions. It turned out my son has asthma and acid reflux which I let him sufferwith for an additional 6 months because I was I naive bought to trust a doctor. Don't waste your time on him.

Dr. Azim is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. Very professional and very caring for his patients, my kids just love him. I like the fact that we are in and out of the doctors office within 30 min. I have recommended Dr. Azim to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Do not waste your time with any of the pediatrician's at Texas Gulf Coast Medical Group!! They are rude and rush you. You wait forever in the waiting room and then they want to spend 5-10 min when the doctor finally comes in!! Also, the people at the front desk are HORRIBLE!!!! They are so rude and unprofessional........If you have Medicaid they treat you like a second class citizen!!!! I had a horrible experience and will not be going back that's for sure!!!!!!!!!

He is great with children, and his nurse is awesome!!

Dr. Azim has been my children's primary physician since both of them were born. I have a 2 and 6 year old. I switched to a doctor that was closer to home and soon after switched right back to Dr. Azim. We saw him at Wal-Mart once and he recognized my children and spoke to them! He is great and I would and have recommended him to anyone!
