My recent visit to this clinic was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with a level of rudeness that was shocking. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was forced to wait over two hours. When I finally had the chance to express my frustration to Dr. Chaudry, his response was dismissive and condescending, claiming that thousands of patients wait hours for him. Instead of offering an apology, he chose to address my concern in the most unprofessional manner possible. The entire team seemed to lack any sense of customer service. Rather than providing reassurance or support, the doctor spent the visit making demeaning comments about conditions I wasn't even diagnosed with. This was particularly alarming given that it was my first visit and he had no knowledge of my medical history. I am at a loss for words to adequately convey just how terrible this experience was.

Avoid at all costs. Rudeness apart, he would do all the unnecessary tests and insurance frauds, like claims for things which were not even performed. When threatened to expose the malpractice they removed all fake charges. Happened on multiple incidents.

It's truly a blessing to feel cared for and comfortable at this doctor's office.

Very caring doctor , takes the time out to listen , treats everyone with respect . Doctor Amar really loves what he does and it shows

I am a performing artist in NYC. I visit Dr. Chaudry once a month for general health and weightloss. The office is very efficient. He is a very personable doctor who really cares for his patients all around physical health. I stopped in only because I liked the building. I am very happy that I did. Kudos to you and your staff, Dr. Chaudry.

This place is horrible... Hey have the worst customer service in the area.. Mohammad is good doctor but he doesnt really care that his staff including the nurse practitioner that he has are the worst. They only care about money. When in on a monday for a cut I had on my lips..the nurse practitioner told it was herpes and gave acyclovir....5 days later I had to another doctor this new doctor did a lab test and was told it was a fungus he laughed and the nurse practitioner Chaudhry has and told me she doesnt know what they talking about...I also complained that monday that my throat hurt and she told me it was red but that it was nothing ...by Wednesday I could talk and I called to see if they could give me some medicine...this nurse practitioner sent me to the hospital and when I told her I didn't have insurance she told me I could go to a clinic....WOMAN I WAS THERE 2 DAYS PRIOR !!!!! THE LEAST SHE COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO SEE ME AT NO CHARGE!!!!! AND WHEN I TOLD HER SHE HAD AN… ATTITUDE THIS WOMAN HUNGED UP THE PHONE!!!!!!! I will never go back to this people.!!!!! Stay away from them.

My father trust him and my father was very sick he is diabetic he staring Presenting different symptoms associated with cancer and the dr just told him he was felling like this just because he was diabetic and guess what my father has cancer and thank you for nothing for not paying attention to my father I hope this doesn’t happens to anyone else

I called to verify my upcoming appointment. I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. When the receptionist answered, she didn't even give me a chance to speak before She clicked me on hold. Wow.

Great Doctor & Excellent Staff

This office is the worst of all, I try to talk to the assistants and they were so rude, answered the phone and put you in hold never care to answer, just click and click and I was put in hold for 45 minutes
