Facing a breast biopsy for the first time, I walked into Dr. Eghtedari's office scared to death. Yet, within moments, his calm demeanor and clear explanation of the simple procedure, assuring me of no pain, calmed my nerves considerably. What followed was a core needle biopsy performed with remarkable skill and efficiency. To my astonishment, I felt neither the anesthetic injection nor the biopsy itself. Dr. Eghtedari's swiftness throughout the 10-minute procedure was both reassuring and impressive. Gone was the anxiety I had anticipated; the biopsy was virtually painless and remarkably quick, what a relief. A thing to mention is that I had to reschedule a biopsy that should have been done 3 weeks ago due to the insistence of different radiologist on using a clip. (Due to liability issues some radiologies do not agree to perform a biopsy without a clip.) Dr. Eghtedari, however, confidently proceeded with the biopsy without the clip, a testament to his expertise and self-assuredness.… Additionally, despite my bleeding disorder and warnings of potential excessive bleeding, the procedure resulted in less blood than a minor finger cut. This speaks volumes about Dr. Eghtedari's skill and precision. For anyone seeking a professional, efficient, and highly skilled radiologist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eghtedari. His expertise, combined with his calming presence and patient-centered approach, eased my anxiety and made the entire experience far less daunting than I had imagined.
