Dr. Mohammad Erfani, MD

Dr. Erfani is very nice and available for any questions following surgery, the staff also are very warm and friendly. My overall outcome was pretty good, however with just a few flaws. To begin with, I came into this office due to a promotional mailer that came in the mail from them. It said I would receive a free derma facial and gift pack. Value of $200.00. Now I know that's not much compared to the money you have to pay to have a procedure done, but I still was counting on receiving it, and would've been valuable to me. I had to keep asking about it, and finally was given some type of face gel, or lubricant applied to my face. Which, by the way, did absolutely nothing. When I asked about the gift pack, they didn't seem to know what I was talking about, so I showed them my coupon. I was then told they would ask someone about it and get back to me. They never did. As far as my actual procedure goes, it was very painful. But I was also told that I was very sensitive. I… suppose the worst part of any of this, was that I sustained a permanent scar about the size of a raisen, but longer, right underneath my jawline caused from a laser burn.(could this have been some of the "very painful?") Right above this is a swollen little bump area that is still tender to touch 3 months later. Dr. Erfani offered to put botox in it, but only if I purched botox for other areas. It would've been nice if I'd been offered some scar medication, which they carry for purchase. But I wasn't. I asked if I could at least have a sample of it, and I was told "they were all out."

I can't believe he's still slashing people up!

They made a very uncomfortable condition so easy. I have new confidence and can't wait to go in for another procedure in the future.

From my experience I would rate this doctor and his office at the top of the list. He and is staff were very professional and treated me like a person. I waited no longer than five minutes when a nice young nurse addressed me and asked if and what I needed. When I met the doctor he was very personble and easy to talk to. Very patient and understood my needs. I felt very at ease and would recommend this office to anyone who wants to have this type of service performed. I give there office a four star rating and the doctor a five star rating.

My overall experience with Dr. Erfani was outstanding! I went to 3 consultations regarding the same procedure. He was the only one that took the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. He was very professional, informative, respectful and didn't rush me out when the consultation was over. I would definately recommend him.
