Great doctor! Spends a lot of time. Listens and thorough. Easy to get in to see him. Highly recommend!

As others have mentioned. He is extremely condescending to his female patients. Wouldn’t be surprised if he has the men falsify raving reviews. I can only imagine what he’s like at home when he is unprofessional in a workplace setting. He’s not knowledgeable and imposes his own personal views without being subjective. His educational background is incredibly dated and stays uninformed on current medical practices. I would give him 0 stars if I could. Disgusting. I would get his license suspended

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t believe some of the reviews I see (seems very sketchy as to why they are so positive). He doesn’t have bedside manners and asks intrusive questions. Seems like mentally he’s not quite all there and keeps repeating himself without listening to anything being said to him. When corrected, he becomes angered easily making it very uncomfortable. Not sure how he meets any HIPAA compliance standards when he’s not careful about disclosure of patient information as he’s angrily yelling (which I’m sure the staff heard) after being corrected. Do not go here

I first started seeing Dr. Fareed 4 years ago when I had a terrible stomach issue. He quickly realized and diagnosed with C Diff Colitis. He is very thorough on his explanation and takes his time to sit and talk with you about the diagnosis and worked with me to resolve this. I felt so comfortable and decided to have him as my primary physician. Since then I have seen him for yearly exams and he is also very knowledgeable about mental health and anxiety so I now use him instead of my psychiatrist. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had to search for a new doctor, when mine retired. I did a pretty long search (I loved my doctor of 30 years, but wasn't sold on his suggested replacements). I decided that Dr. Fareed had the most impressive credentials of those I found who were accepting new patients. I was nervous that his on-line ratings from other patients did not seem that great. .. I am a 66 year old male, in good shape, and we'll informed about medicine. But there is obviously plenty of history to discuss in an initial exam! I was anxious to get a new perspective on a number of issues. I was very, very pleased with Dr. Fareed! He was pleasant and attentive. He took the time to explain my options in a couple of instances in great detail. I think the fact that he has taught medical students - and combines both a clinical practice and hospital practice is great for his patients. I can't imagine why/how someone had a bad experience with him - unless they wanted him to prescribe some medication or procedure that he… didn't think was necessary?? Saw him to discuss what I thought was peripheral artery disease in my left leg. He said if I don’t have it in both legs it can’t be PAD. After almost a year of suffering I was finally diagnosed with PAD when I saw a spine DR and told it does NOT have to be in both legs

I had a very unprofessional experience with Dr Fareed. Within my 20 min discussion with the doctor he repeated himself several times as though he had forgot we he had already told me. When I questioned it he got upset and said I was mistaken. He may be losing his memory and not willing to admit it.

As a woman I have never been more insulted and humiliated than by Dr Fareed.
