Very nice office, amazing staff!

The staff at this office is great. I have been going to this office for years and I think the service has only improved since they moved locations. I strongly disagree with the review above I have never had any problems with the staff and I believe the young lady in the front desk couldn't be more sweet and professional. He's a great dentist and the staff is more than acomadation to the patients needs, I do have a dentist phobia and they make sure they make feel comfortable and secure before any work is done. I give them a big thumbs up!

When I first visited the vine street office with an appointment the water was shut off and I waited 3-4 hours to be seen. I have lupus and graves disease so I need 4 root canals and the office staff didn't submit my paperwork to my insurance for approval. I had 2 letters sent to the office to assist with the process. The secretary, who is unprofessional and put clients on hold to get on her cell phone told me she received the letters. Every time I called she told me she would call me back and she didn't. Now she's saying she only has one letter. Smh. I could've had the work done I needed anywhere else but I wouldn't recommend a person to take their dog there for a cleaning, the wait is tooooo long and the receptionist may be on social media instead of handling your paperwork.
