Dr. Mohammad Hafeez, MD

Dr.Hafeez has been our PCP for over 10 years. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of whether you need a refill, or if you get admitted to Good Samaritan hospital. He has the best bedside manner when he makes you feel like you are his only patient.

Doctor Hafeez himself is a good Doctor, but his staff are incredibly rude and often do not want to provide the services that is part of their jobs. Example: giving copies of referrals, doing the referrals on time, refusing to fax referrals to other Doctors saying it goes to them electronically, which is not always the case. I've had better interactions with previous employees who were willing to always help. I'm now considering switching to a new Doctor. His staff needs training on customer service!

don't have any good to say any good to say about this doctor. Seems like being a doctor is just a job for him and not a passion or a service. Really makes me wonder if the good reviews that he got is probably from himself or family. Stay away.

comes to conclusions without listening to patient. very defensive. does not return phone calls. front desk always seem bothered by your calls. wait time would vary from half hour to one hour, than you have to wait for him to come into room which can take up half hour or more. depending on how he is affected by his day, you will either get silence or rude, insulting conclusions. bottom line is he just does not want to be bothered.

Extremely rude and unprofessional secretaries that are unbelievably dishonest, vulgar, and condescending. Doctor himself is ok, but overall, very discourteous care and certainly NOT recommended. Spare yourself the time, trouble, and disrespect you will face here.

Dr Hafeez, is very compassionate and knowlegeable, he took care of my mother when she was at Good sam hospital and continued with her care at Ramapo nursing home, He always answers my calls and questions, he throughly explained procedures that my mother had to do. Highely recommend Dr Hafeez

Yes I went to the hospital an my Dr hafeez I hurt my neck I was in so much pain I was crazy even though it took a minute when he came in he listen to me an help with my pain he was polite an I never had an Dr help me like he did I wish he could b my Dr I just wanted to say thank you..... very greatful...
