Dr. Mohammad Waseem Kagzi, MD

He's the best dr. Iv'e had I wouldn't go to anyone else. He's always nice and friendly and he covers everything thats wrong with you.

Refilling prescriptions is always difficult. They forget to call them in or don't return the pharmacy's call regarding dosage. Records are SO poor that I actually had to bring up my bank account on my phone to show proof of payment before I saw the Dr. I was extremely uncomfortable with the "collections" person. He is creepy; no female should be in a small exam room alone with him. The wait time is excruciating. Getting into a room is easy enough but from there, 20 minutes feels like 2 hours. Dr. Kagzi is very kind though. He does rush a bit in the room but I expect all doctors are pressed for time.

Dr. Kagzi is more concerned about the person calling him on his cell phone than he is about the patient sitting and waiting. My time is just as valuable. Some of his staff has a definate communication barrier because they can't speak english. Dr. Kagzi doesn't follow proper techniques when he draws your blood. He doesn't wear gloves or wash his hands.

very dirty. no hand washing techniques practiced. use of old immunizations and test tubes, etc............resulting in possible false negatives and false positives. Very unhealthy practice to be a part of!

My biggest complaint about Dr. Kagzi would have to be his office staff. Co-payments are rarely process correctly and about 60% of the time I am having to send in proof that I already paid. As for Dr. Kagzi personally, I think he is a good doctor and very nice.
