When he was inI NY, I found him to be very thorough, however, he left the practice without notifying his patient's. Waited almost three months for an appointment until I was informed of his departure. This was really unfortunate. Starting over with some else is a task especially when complete medical records from his prior practice is almost impossible to fet. Some of his patient's are still search for a Pri mary doctor. He was a good doctor and I had confidence in him. Good luck to him in his new practice. I would have given a 5 rating if his departure had bee n disclosed prior to leaving.

I recently relocated to NY from Florida Dr Mukhtar was recommended to me by my schoolmate she is his patient.He is very thorough compassionate and professional.The care and attention I received is the best have had since I came to the US.The wait is long but you are not treated as statistics.

Made a appointment for 2:30pm finally got up and left at 4:30 after still not being called. Its come to my attention that the office habitually over books. Do yourself a favor and find another office

I have been a patient of dr Mukhtar's for about a decade and there is no other doctor that explains and understands my illnesses and treatments as best as he does. He is goes out of his way to help his patients. He once even offered to take me to the ER when I needed to be rushed to the hospital because I refused to take the Ambulance.Thank you for everything Dr Mukhtar
