Dr. Mohammad Nasser Sabbagh, MD

Dr Sabbagh is condescending, rushed, and awfully rude. I have never gotten this kind of care in my life. Go to a specialist, this man will milk you for your money and deny diagnosis and want you to go through ridiculous amounts of testing. Please don’t go here do not let this man make money off of you PLEASE.

Unfortunate visit on 6-jan-18 , empty waiting room , long wait (45)minutes. Filled out paperwork , asked " why are u here " I wrote " tipping over and being paralyzed " Doc asks , " where's your pain " (slow reader)?? Asked me to walk 4' , says schedule appt for MRI at desk . Now it's 4:50 , called ride service on speaker phone , ride says 20minutes . Girl takes my arm , (needed to use restroom) walked me past and thru waiting room . Put me OUTSIDE like a bad dog . In great pain , sleeting , no coat on , locked building , turned off ALL lights ! 12° , wet , terrible pain ??, gotta pee , stuck outside in cold , wet , darkness ! I had stenosis of spine . Went to Hurley 2 weeks later , MRI & CAT scan . Told me , " spinal stenosis & crushed vertebrate at L2 !! Doc Literally galloped from room . Left building before I could reach front desk . MRI scheduled for Feb 6 !! Worse experience ever ! Senior citizen not an animal !!

It's not just the doctor, it's the entire staff. They are extremely slow in the office and very negligent. I can't count the number of times they've failed to submit a necessary subscription, messed up paperwork, forgotten paperwork, and charge for filling out paperwork (even if it's necessary for DHHS). The lack of organization in this facility is astounding. If you can manage to go elsewhere, I highly recommend you do so.

This place is NOT recommended. Unless you like waiting over 2 hours in a packed waiting room and rude staff! Try getting a refill on your meds! HA good luck. Pharmacy called 3 times. I called twice and still no refills and meds are out.

Dr Sabbagh is a horrible neurologist that ignores evert symptom that you have. He tries to force multiple medications without performing any tests. It is a very unorganized and unprofessional office. I would never recommend to anyone.

I had a schedule appointment for 2:20 so did six other people that signed in. Waited for two hours in a overcrowded waiting room with at least 25 people. Receptionist was on her cell phone crying , really she should have stepped away or went home because she wasn't helping any of the patients. Finally get into a room to wait another 30 minutes still no nurse and no sign of the doctor. It was time for me to take my scheduled medicine and I asked for some water only to be told they don't have any. That was it for me I walked out , best decision, had a bad feeling when I saw the waiting room was a disaster and the staff was extremely unprofessional in attire and attitude. Find another doctor ASAP!

This office is such a mess! Literally a mess with many things piled up everywhere. The waiting room is jam packed and waits are never less than an hour.

The wait time in office is very long and unacceptable. The office staff have too many jobs to be concerned with patients coming into oFc.

Dr. Sabbagh and the other Physicians are great but The office staff is terrible. They are rude and inconsiderate. The Dr ordered a spinal tap and it took 2 weeks for them to schedule it. Never returned a call when I called to inquire and was very rude on the phone when they finally made the appointment. I even left a voicemail for the office manager and never got a call back. Once I was finally at the hospital for the spinal tap, the girl never sent the orders so we had to wait for that. Very bad experience, they need better customer service skills.
