Dr. Mohammad Jamal Uddin, MD

If my eyeball had a knife in it, I would not return to see this man. He was in my room 90 seconds tops. I had no clue what he was saying. His English was hard to make out. He never told me if I had strep or not. I saw him at the ER. It stinks because NB Infirmary was always a pleasant place.He gave me a strep test but no results. The triage nurse was great but the discharge nurse was rude. I told her he was in the room for 90 seconds and she told me they had a very important amputation patient. I told her I knew that and I understand that & I'm very sorry. I also told her that because I have no insurance, I'm going to be charged a pretty penny for this visit & I expect to be treated as "important" too. I really hate to even bring up the amputation because I saw the lady come in and how scared she was. I prayed for her. I could not imagine how scary/painful that was. I understand that her situation was WAY more dyer than mine. I just felt like I was swept under the rug.

Dr Uddin is very smart but has a short amount of time for each patient because of the number of appointments. His bedside manner not the worst. He shows little emotion. He however does treat most of my needs. However he does not believe in treating pain if you hurt go to the hospital if Dr.Uddin is treating you. HE HAS THE BEST NURSE HER NAME IS WENDY AND SHE IS SO CARING ANDUNDERSTANDING.
