I had my first appointment with this office 7/29. I suspected I had a disorder called delayed sleep phase. On my first call, the nurse practitioner I spoke with confirmed this based on my medical history. He offered to give me a prescription for sedatives to help me to adjust my sleep schedule. After HE spoke with the Dr. he called back and said I need to do a breathing test, head CT and sleep study. I did all of those things and received a call today from another nurse practitioner to tell me I have mild sleep apnea. I asked her about my issue that I came to the Dr for and she simply said "you need to practice better sleep hygiene". Despite asking numerous questions for about 15 mins to get some idea of what this meant, she was just snippy and said I should try melatonin. I have been sleeping only 4-5 hours per night for over 2 years and went to the doctor to get more sleep. I do not wake up during the night or have issues with quality of sleep, just duration. NEVER spoke with or met… the doctor and got 0 assistance on my original concern! hundreds of dollars and months of time wasted with this office! AVOID if you actually want help with sleeping!!

I wouldn't recommend this doctor for anything, he doesn't care for the patient at all... he lingers with the prognosis, and never helps till the person dies. And if you are looking for a second opinion he won't let you. My father was with him for two years and all he kept doing was giving us the run around but never did anything!

best communicator, Felt very comfortable in the office. Doctor explained the diagnosis and plan of care in detail. I walked out of the office with feeling that i am part of the health care team.
