Dr. Mohammed Sajjad Afzal, MD

I actually liked the doctor well enough, my problems were promptly resolved by him but the staff is the worst I have experienced in a long time. For example, I called to challenge a no show fee for an appointment that I cancelled a week prior to the date, and the office manager agreed to take me off his schedule forever but declined to reverse the fee...their policy defines no shows and this was not a no show. They won't get rich on my $50 but I will look for another doctor to follow me.

Do not seek medical diagnosis from Dr afzal or any procedures. He does not know what he is doing so he will just keep saying he is working on it and never gets back to you. He does not have the knowledge needed. Instead of referring patient to another competent provider, he will just let you suffer. If you think you may have MS, do not go to him for diagnosis.

I wish I could give zero stars! This doctor has absolutely ZERO bedside manner! He was very rude and after he would ask me a question he would then cut me off before I could complete my answers. He had all of my medical files right in front of him and he still wanted to argue with me about the different medications I take and for what reason. I've had this body for 49 years so I do know a little bit about it. He was so rude that I actually stopped his exam right in the middle and left. I said "I feel like you don't like me at all and it's definitely coming through loud and clear" He looked at me and without saying one word, he left the exam room. I have worked as an RN for 30 years and I have seen a lot of a-hole doctors but I've never seen one treat someone the way he did me.

Told me he had time for one question. That he can’t be answering 10 questions. He was very rude. Said he was not going to do any test for MS and if I act happy I’ll feel better. Didn’t even look at any of my history that they asked me to fill out. I would never recommend going to him.

Dr. Afzal, staff are competent and caring

Dr Afzal is great! answers questions, very knowledgeable, upfront and honest. Straight to the point, would recommend him to anyone! he is great!

the doctor was very speedy and knew exactly what to look for. i have never been to an office before where i was brought into a room before i even finished the paperwork before. they were soo fast! im so glad that i could see them and get on my way to do other errands without much of my time taken from my day.

Dismissive, no compassion, no diagnosis, no care plan, just "see you in 3 months" NOPE

*******THIS DOCTOR IS A JOKE******* I have been suffering from seizures for years and I've had one test ran at a hospital and they said nothing was wrong...I had another test ran to see what the cause of my seizures are with this particular "Nuerologist " ...to no avail both tests came back that nothing is wrong with me ...well I'm still having seizures? My primary physician prescribed medication that seems like it is working...but even my primary physician still recommends I get a second opinion.... case In point ...!!..DR Afzal pretty much had a test ran on me and becuase it came back fine he just sent me on my Marry old way ...no care plan ?! No preventive measures !?? No prescription nothing !!Nothing !! Hes a joke and does not care about his patients !!

Dr. Afzal is direct, professional and all business which I really appreciated. He is an excellent listener and asked many pertinent questions. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered before we left.
