Dr Ahmed is very knowledgeable in his field along with being compassionate, empathetic, friendly & giving you the time to listen and answer your questions along with your concerns. I have seen Doctors at Rush University for second opinions and Dr Ahmed’s recommendations were the same as the doctor I saw at Rush.

Dr Ahmed is the best! Been iunable to walk properly for 4 years, Dr Ahmed quickly and efficiently pinpointed what needed to be done and my health is turning around.

I went to Fox Valley Orthopedics for a consultation regarding a total right knee replacement. I was referred to Dr Mohammed Ahmed who specializes in knee replacement surgery. I saw Dr Ahmed several times before deciding that a total knee replacement was what I would need to regain my active lifestyle. Dr Ahmed always took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed at all. He performed the surgery and everything went extremely well. I had no bruising and very little swelling. I was able to play singles tennis after just 7 weeks and go back to all of the activities that I was not able to do before. After 3 months, the scar is barely visible and I have no issues with clicking, pain or numbness that I have heard about from others who have had a knee replacement. Dr Ahmed and his staff, especially Kim, were extremely helpful before and after the surgery, calling me back to address the questions I had. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed and his staff as well as Fox Valley… Orthopedics.
