Super long wait time (like 40 minutes) after you are taken into the office, rude, not very helpful.

Dr. Ahmed is an excellent listener. That is the first and vital requirement for a good doctor. He explains things very well also. He is patient in answering all of my questions and his replies are well thought out and thorough. He makes me feel optimistic about my RA and shows that he will be flexible if his first options do not help enough. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I am very happy that I was referred to him.

I have fibromyalgia and Dr. Ahmed was very unprofessional. I was in the midst of a moderate flare up and he told me " you DO have fibromyalgia, but fibro is all in your head", " so you need to see a psych". I have suffered for 6 years and at the referral from my neurologist went to see Dr. Ahmed and feel that it was a huge waste of time. I had to drive over an hour to get to the appt. and find a babysitter for my 4 children. The fact that he recommended a psychiatrist I found offensive due to the fact that I am really a "type A" personality, really outgoing and fun loving. But just happen to be suffering due to this debilitating disease. He gave no answers no help. I also cannot take antidepressants, due to allergic side effects and He just wanted nothing more to do with me at that point. I hope to spare others the pain of seeing this "Doctor" if you are suffering from fibro. God Bless :)

I would definitely recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone suffering from artritis or related ailments. He is caring and very thorough. In fact, I was able to get my mother in to see him and was very satisfied with the treatment and care she received from him.
