Dr. Bassem Chaker is an outstanding dermatologist. He diagnoses with confidence and recommends the appropriate remedy. Plus he is kind and honest. I highly recommend Dr. Bassem for all your dermatology needs.

I am 87 and have been going to Dr. Chaker for yeas, after 6 mos. you can hardly see a scar. A plastic surgeon years before just did a flap on my skin, scar shows up yet. I love this man like he was my brother.

I have been a patient for over 5 years and have been very happy until this last visit. Dr Chaker gave me over to an intern who did a good job but I had a problem the intern could not help with. My experience was so bad I would never return and would not recommend Dr Chaker to anyone.

Dr.Chaker knew exactly what was wrong with me and addressed the issue quickly without ever making me feel rushed. He took the time to address all of my concerns and answer all my questions. Knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and really cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr.Chaker to anyone who needs a top notch dermatologist.

I waited about an hour to see Dr. Chaker. His front desk staff and nurse were fantastic. However, after the hour, Dr. Chaker spent a total of 2-3 minutes in the room. I had multiple moles that I wanted to have removed. I told him where a few were and he rushed through to look at them and said they were all fine, which I knew and just wanted them removed. He advised me the removal isn't covered by insurance so it would be $10 per mole. Then, unexpectedly, he pulled down the front of my shirt, I assume to check for issues. I hadn't told him I had any issues on my chest and he didn't request to check before pulling down my shirt. Then he said that was it and started to walk out the door. The nurse asked if I wanted to go on ahead with removal and when I said yes, Chaker impatiently said, "Today?" I responded with a yes and the nurse said she would notify him of when she had everything setup. At that point, I decided I was not comfortable with him assisting and left. It was very… unprofessional and uncomfortable.

My family has received excellent care from Dr. Chaker.

The doctor was extremely thorough and had excellent bedside manner. Made my 6 year old feel very comfortable. As a provider myself, I took note of his really good techniques for handling a pediatric patient during a procedure.

It was a pleasant surprise that I didn't have to wait a long time to see Dr. Chaker. Some Dermatologists let you wait at least 45 minutes. Dr. Chaker has a really good personality and a wonderful sense of humor. His staff were very friendly and helpful.

Visited the doctors office numerous time with teen daughter for acne. Usually, the doctor was with us for less than 5 minutes after waiting well over an hour to be seen. Last straw was when we came in for an 8:00 AM appointment. We were the first ones in the office and still waited 45 minutes.
