I had 2 appointment booked the same day different time and the front desk lady told me if I don’t come back after my first appointment she will charge me $100 for not showing up but couldn’t take me at the same time

----Best bedside manner, most dependable and always driven to help his patients get well. Yes he Has had the unfortunate bad staff lately experience lately, like the review under me says but these things do happen.. trust me! I see a lot of doctors, lol. This has since the review below changed drastically. I'll always still come see him from far away (over an hr!) to be in the best hands possible. I'm afflicted with a few chronic medical conditions and I have been seeing muqeem now since I was around 20 or so I'm now 26 and growing up I've seen many drs, and along the way I can only remember one having the same level of kindness and devotion to the health and wellness of his patients, as dr muqeem has shown me. I followed his office when they left Clermont to still cloud. because he was a godsend when I was getting sent in circles and no one knew what was Wrong with me. Every dr said they didn't have time for such a large case.. he didn't send me off like every other, he… actually took large amounts of his time too go over everything run far more tests than anyone else had, and talk to me like a person not like I'm unable to understand. I started getting somewhere only after seeing him for first time in a while because of all his effort. He treats his patients with respect and great deal of care. It's always been however much time he needs to get to the bottom of your dx* he will spend with you, No one else have I been able to count and depend on like this dr compared to my prior drs. And I couldn't thank him enough for everything he has done. Though he doesn't believe me when. I say how great he is, he's very modest. No cocky dr mentality will be found here (: I'm a little biased as a patient but I have referenced people here or gone in with family and they always have said he's great. I wanted to write this in response to the horrible reviews that every office has it's ebs and flows it doesn't mean it's permanent if it's been a good or bad day and it doesn't mean the dr is a bad one. They are after all humans too. Just like us.

I have been seeing the doctor for a few years on and off he moved locations... The staff is terrible we've been fighting back-and-forth to get medication... He has recently fired his last laugh and hire new staff... Which are the same way I called to get refills on my medication no one called me back... So when I call back they get aggravated with me put me on to the doctor and tell me to stop calling they are an aggravating them for medication... You are a doctors office that's what people call for for you to answer questions.... I have recommended people to this doctor in the past I will never do it again for the customer service that you get from them.... If you know what's best for you find another doctor.... Who is willing to talk to you and get your prescription when needed.... I'm not call you back because they don't like you calling them all the time......

Terrible experience. No professionalism amongst the staff or doctor. Go somewhere else

I first saw this doctor while in my late 20s. I had been in a bad accident and went to several doctors that refused to listen or even bother taking an x ray. Besides pain, i had been feeling miserable for years yet all docs just said I was young and therefore fine. Apparently there is a certain age at which nothing could possibly be wrong. (Sarcasm). Finally, Dr. Muqeem actually listened, and ordered a bunch of x rays and a full blood work up to find out why I felt so crappy. Low and behold, despite being 29 or 30 at the time (now I'm 34) I had advanced degenerative disc disease, arthritis, bone fragments in my hip socket, etc. Blood work showed that I was SEVERELY hyper thyroid, turned out I had graves disease, a condition where your body attacks your own thyroid gland and the thyroid then goes berserk, becoming literally toxic. Finally a doctor that didn't brush me off and actually treated me. He was able to refer me to an excellent surgeon for my thyroidectomy, and all around… was wonderful. I'm actually in the process of trying to change insurance companies to one he accepts because I'd love to have him back!

This doctor has a bad disposition and understanding

I was treated by Dr.M.Mugeem, in 2007 when I was on vacation with my family for the first time in FL. He has an amazing gift that you see with his way of listening, bedside manner,diligence,tenacity. You know that you are in the best of hands when you are in his care. I was in a very critical condition when I was treated in Florida Hospital, but he & a great team he put together worked very hard to care for me, as well as treat my family with great compassion.In deed, I never excepted to be hospitalized for almost a month & I know I drove him crazy because I wanted to leave so badly but he insisted I had to stay until he felt I was out of danger. He even fault for me with administration because the wanted to let me go home but he step in & knew what was best for me & so I stayed. I went back home & was ok for awhile but began getting worst as each yr went by because doctors don't listen, care & realize that you are a person not an insurance brand or number that what make Dr.M.the one… in a million!! I have yet to meet a doctor who gives his all for his patients. I will be forever greatfull & I hope I am able to get to him before something worst happens to me. You have felt a remarkable impression in my life, God Bless You Always.

He cares, truly does, about you and your care. He gets to know his patients and even asks about family as well. He spends plenty of time with me every time and explains fully where I am in his care and what he expects from me. I trust him and since I've been seeing him about a year now he has brought a lot of normal stats into my life and continues to work with me to get me to 100%. Great doctor, compassionate and helpful.
