Dr. Mohammed Shahabuddin

This doctor is very unprofessional and did a very poor job with a root canal. However, I needed to come back to complete the root canal process but their office were overbooked and no appointments available. Dr. Shahabuddin claimed he did a cleaning but all he did was brush my teeth. He is not very knowledgeable and did very poor work. When I first visited the office I thought he would be a very experienced dentist, with excellent knowledge. Nevertheless, Dr. Shahabuddin needs to retire and do not practice anymore. I will be forwarding my concerns to NYS and American Dental Association.

I have extremely bad experience with this dentist. As a patient he never ask me any question and I did not have a chance to ask a question. Just rudely did a quick cleaning. I was so upset to face this kind of ignorant behavior. I think he is a stigma of dentist society.

Office is super clean and organized! The girls there are friendly and the wait was not too long. Thankfully I was completely numb throughout the procedure and didn't feel a thing, I will definitely be returning! Good dentist.

He is rude and disgusting. He touches everything with gloves.

The receptionists are nice. I called to make an appointment I was giving an appointment right away. The Dr. did a really good job on my teeth and his prices are very reasonable compared to other offices. The office was very clean and neat.

it was hard to communicate with him and his secretary. the strong accents and lack of detailed explanation confused me on what treatment I really needed.. a few minutes later another young woman came in and I asked her if she could explain what was going on and why I had pain.. if she hadn't properly explained what I had and what were my treatment options I would have not done anything. the doctor was wanted to start the treatment even before I said yes.. he was a little insistant which made me slightly uncomfortable.. the good thing is that hes affordable which is why I decided to get mytreatment done.

I went on a Friday morning, the doctors receptionist was clueless she had no idea what she was doing. when he started working on the receptionist got in the corner to help, her hair was all over my face and her necklace kept touching me.. it was so ugly and gross she was dressed very unprofessional for a dental assistant and she was using a mask improperly ..she made me uncomfortable and the language barrier did not help much for both herself and the doctor.. I am considering if I will return..

Friendly staff, does many types of procedures that are affordable. he's open late so I was able to come in after work. I am considering having an implant done considering that he has a good payment plan option and they're not too expensive for me.

He is ok if you going for some thing minor.

I went to a different office a few days ago with pain on a tooth. the Dentist said it was nothing and just prescribed motrin after a few days after taking medicine without improvement I was recommended into Dr. Shahabuddin's office after taking an xray he was able to diagnose what was wrong and after a well done root canal I was feeling much better! Not to mention the price was great compared to what I have heard about other Dentists. I can not complain about the office the secretaries were very helpful and I was easily able to schedule my appointment.
