Dr. Mohammed Syed, MD

Called this office to inquire about some FMLA forms I Had sent to doctor Syed and the staff was very rude, and would not listen to why I called. I have a hard time rapping my head around why a doctor would allow such rude people represent his / her office !

The medical staff at the flushing rd office are all rude and unprofessional it seems as if their all with child an don’t feel like dealing with patients nor having the patients care number one priority this office is always over booked so you’ll literally wait three hours to be taken from the waiting area then only to have too wait another forty five minutes in the back before seeing someone (Doctor or NA) only for your one on one with the doctor to lasted five minutes for him to over talk you mess diagnosis you only for you to have to come back in one or two weeks the (NA) Jessica is with child an she seems to see more of the doctors patience because of this she’ll forget what patient she talked with an lie and say she never told you anything the medical assistance (At the checkout window Sharel) should be fired her attitude is one of these worst she’s the biggest problem in there patience care doesn’t come first with her when it comes to this doctor office I don’t see how any of them… were ever hired under the Hurley Medical Center Healthcare system
