Dr. Mohammed Akhteruz Zaman, MD

I have been with Doctor Zaman for nearly 20 years. During that time I have always found him to be kind, professional and most caring. I have been advised by my surgeon to “hang in there as long as I can” due to the extensive damage throughout my neck and back. I would never have been able to tolerate my condition without the expertise in care by Doctor Zaman. He has always performed follow up meetings after my procedures and monitors any pain level that I bring to his attention. You will find him to be most personable and I highly recommend Doctor Zaman.

Kicks you out of the clinic cold turkey. Without advice on how to deal with your pain. Not willing to see if your taking your meds by using other test than urinalysis. To back up the test. VERY RUDE!

To call this man a doctor is to use the term loosely. I have 4 herniated discs (L3, L4, L5, S1) and am in chronic pain. After 5 epidurals within 3 months that did not alieve the pain, I refused to consent to additional steroid treatment and was refused refill of the meds that he had prescribed for me for 5 months. All this guy wants to do is shoot you up with steroids every other week with no end in sight, which is NOT acceptable to any other medical professional. If I could give a half a star for Spends time with me and Follows up after visit I would. Stay away!

Dr. Zaman Just Doesn't Care About Patients. He is very narrow minded and uneducated. He will stop you on a medicine cold-turkey, not considering what it will do to you. He is no better than his collegue, Dr. Morkos. The entire staff seems like they are on heavy meds. They hardly ever answer the phone to help you and if you go somewhere else for help they kick you out.
