Avoid Dr. Izadi at all costs! He is a thief. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing, otherwise, he will desperately make every attempt at taking advantage of you by charging you hidden fees which he claims he mentioned prior to the dental procedure.

Avoid dr Izadi at all cost. His work is below standards. I had quite a bit of dental work including bridges, gum cleaning, dental veneers and other procedures. The dental veneers broke had and replaced twice. The bridge also broke and was replaced. The last time he insisted on costing down an additional tooth. He said the manufacture R would only guarantee if the third tooth was added. Why didn't you do that previously? The bridge did not last more than two years. Also be careful of what papers you sign. After having and anethesia and was leaving, and he asked meto sign papers. My fault not reading them all. But I trusted him. Big mistake! it turns out that he can charge your credit card without your approval because that signature guarantees him that he can charge the card without any additional approval. Be careful don't repeat my mistake. Lastly a patient sued him because he claims he didn't work on her mouth and she won the case against him. I received the legal papers.… He also was supposed to treat all my gums not just half and he only did half .what do you call that what a dentist charges for something he did not do. Please be careful if you go to him, read all the paperwork carefully, get all the prices before getting any work done and make sure that he has received the insurance response first. Really, you should just not go to him.
