I had an extremely frustrating experience with this doctor’s office, and unfortunately, it feels like patient care is far from their top priority. Trying to schedule even a basic appointment is a challenge in itself—you can expect to be on hold for 60 to 90 minutes, only to sometimes get disconnected or transferred without resolution. It’s incredibly disrespectful of patients’ time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there’s little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you’re left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here. Between the excessive wait times just to speak to someone and the overall lack of efficiency and compassion, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative providers.

His hold times are over an hour and no body cares at all.

This is the 4th time that my mother has seen the Dr or one of his Np's and been sent on her way only to have to go to urgent care or the er where they actually help her (2 times were by ambulance where she was admitted to the hospital). It's ridiculous!

Very knowledgeable doctor with tender heart! He is an asset to the community.

Dr Syed is one of the best doctor I ever had…. he takes time and address all my concerns. Onetime, I brought a long list of my problems and he whole heartedly discuss all with me. Unlike other docs he never said I can only discuss 2 or 3 problems. Yes we went over my 15 minutes time slot and I was apologizing but he said whoever is in front of him is his only concerns. He would never rush anyone’s visit to finish on time! I know he works hard and truly cares about his patients. I have never mind waiting for him as I know he do justice to everyone! God bless him

Excellent doctor he is always there for me when I need him. He even check up on me on weekends even when he was not in call.

So sick of this man forgetting to call my prescription in after I see one of his 3 np’s cause he’s always on vacation constantly forgets to call my script in and I’m left to be sick he is such a bad lazy irresponsible dr

Absolutely Amazing Doctor, he is very kind and caring. He thoroughly evaluates whatever your case maybe. I see the comments saying as if he is mean or treat people a certain way. That’s not the case. He specializes in addiction, and stays firm on what’s best for his patients after evaluating, There is no fooling him. He is here to help not play games. He is very wise! Sometimes we don’t like the decisions that are best for us but he knows best. And I am beyond grateful for his care I am so much better because of him. If you are looking to go to a doctor to get Actually get better, he is the one. If you are not looking to get better. He is not the one.
