in the beginning they were fine, after being in business a year, forget about getting in to see them, if you are sick, you'll have to go to urgent care, they won't fit you in....it's all about the almighty dollar for them. told by the receptionist, we have thousands of customers, we can't just worry about your needs...please stay away, you're not a patient, just a number!! : (

As a military family we move around a lot, and never seem to have continuity in care for anything. However, "we" were stationed at Quantico, and had to live out in town in Stafford until housing was available on base. Luckily, we found Dr. Castille and have been very lucky. If she sees a problem that a specialist should evaluate, she doesnt attempt to drag her feet, she will refer you right away before the problem gets any worse. Overall, Dr. Castille is an awesome, caring, patient, and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Castille was the first doctor in 3-years to take my enlarged "lymph node" more seriously and sent me for further testing with an ENT doctor. It was not an enlarged lymph node, but a tumor 2.5cm X 7.3cm in length that was putting pressure on my carotid artery and jugular vein. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Castille for being more thorough in her practice.

I find it very inconvenient that this office does not set aside sick appts for each day. With only 2 doctors on staff, you have very little chance of actually seeing a doctor when you most need to.

everyone in the office was always friendly and helpful never waited a long time .. appt was always fast usually could get me in that day...great place to go.

My three children and I have been seeing "Dr Molly" (what my kids call her) for 2 years now. The office staff is amazing- they are courteous, prompt and caring. I truly feel that Dr Castille is there for ME when she is seeing me and definitely knowledgeable. She is amazing. I recommend her often!

Castille is incredibly friendly and helpful, as is everyone else that works here. I can get an appointment usually for the next day, and they know me and my family by name. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Over Booked, Bottleneck with Staff. Plan to book 4 + months in advance for annual. Missed appointments are hard to reschedule in the same year. Better service response with children than adult patients. Service not consistent across the board. No notification of window openings when over booked. Reminder or response info call will not be person to person. Staff help is over worked to a point of being not helpful. Once helped, service is of good quality, plan to wait.

Dr. Castille is my family doctor. I take my kids to her and I visit with her often. She is very understanding and really cares about the patient's well-being. Also the staff is very friendly even with a screaming 4-year-old.

I haven't been to a doctor this caring and thorough ever! She takes the time to listen and explores all avenues of treatment. Couldn't be happier that we were referred to her office. Before this I would rather go to Urgent Care than my own physician's office. She's a wonderful doctor and has a very professional staff working with her.
